LOL AUSTRALIA WON THE WORLD CUP AGAIN....
Getting back online, and a cursory glance down the TL with the ICC world cup inputs made me glad for not having been able to watch it! However we weren't spared, several kilometres above the Earth on the flight home, when a helpful First Officer in the cockpit announced that he was happy to share the results of the final! He said: I'm happy to tell you that the final is over and New Zealand have won by 7 wickets.... To which a spontaneous cheer and appl ause errupted in the aircraft.... And after a moment he said: Uh. Errr... I'm sorry AUSTRALIA have won by 7 wickets. A spontaneous booing followed along with groans of disappointment. He probably hadn't have been cursed as much as he was then! lol....its the most hateful end to an otherwise wonderful world cup, to see Australia lift the World cup. I have seen the australians lift the World cup so many times that i just hate it to see them lift it again and again, Like they are 5 times champions. Give me a br...
