THE TRUE FRIEND IS NOT THE ONE WHO SAYS, " YOU WOUNDED ME TODAY AND I AM SAD". HE SAYS, " YOU WOUNDED ME TODAY FOR REASONS UNKNOWN TO ME AND POSSIBLY TO YOU AS WELL, BUT TOMORROW I KNOW THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO COUNT ON YOUR HELP, AND SO I WILL NOT BE SAD. AND THE FRIEND RESPONDS, "YOU ARE A LOYAL FRIEND, BECAUSE YOU SAID, WHAT YOU FELT, THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THAN A FRIEND WHO CONFUSES LOYALTY WITH ACCEPTING OUR EVERY FAULT".

A Man runs into an old friend who had somehow never been able to make it in life.”I should give him some money,” he thought. But instead he learns that his old friend has grown rich and is actually seeking him out to repay the debts he had run up over the years. They go to a bar they used to frequently go together, and the friend buys drinks for everyone there. When he asks him how he became so successful, he answers that until only a few days ago, he had been living the role of the “other”. “What is the other?”, he asked. His friend replied,” the other is the one who taught me what I should be like , but not what I am. The other believes that it is our obligation to spend our entire life thinking about how to get our hands on as much money as possible so that we will not die of hunger when we are old. So we think so much about money and our plans for acquiring it that we discover we are alive only when our days on earth are practically done. and then its too late.” ...

We always judge our future love by the rules of our past suffering. But love is always new. Regardless of whether we love once, twice or a dozen times in our life, we always face a brand new situation. Love can consign us to hell or paradise, but it always takes us somewhere. We simply have to accept it, because it is what nourishes our existence. If we reject it, we die of hunger, because we lack the courage to stretch out a hand and pluck the fruit from the branches of the tree of life. We have to take love where we find it. even if that means hours, days, weeks of disappointment and sadness. The moment we seek love, love begins to seek us. and to save us…………

I was sure I could never fall in love with someone like her. I knew her too well, all her weakness and fears. She was my childhood friend. I just couldn’t admire her as others seemed too. May be she was out of my league, too beautiful to stand by me. We were drinking coffee and as she looked into my eyes, I found her mesmerizing. Christina felt a tremendous urge to cry. There had been a time when nothing was as important as herself. She had several boyfriends and had always believed that she loved each one, only to see love vanish from one moment to the next. Of all the things, she had experienced until then, love had been the most difficult. Just then, she was in love with someone slightly older than herself; he was studying chemistry and had a completely different vision of the world from hers. Once again, she was putting her belief in love, trusting her feelings, but she had been disappointed so many times, that her heart lay in despair. She was no longer sure of anything. Nevertheless, this was a great gamble of her life………… 

If in the beginning , there were so few people on the face of earth and now there are so many, where did all those new souls come from ? The answer is simple, we divide into two. Our souls divide as do crystals and stars, cells and plants. Our soul divides into two, and those new souls are in turn transformed into two and so, within a few generations we are scattered over a large part of earth. In this process of dividing into two, we also find ourselves. And this process of finding ourselves is called love. Because when a soul divides, it always divides into a male part and a female part. That’s how the book of genesis explains it ; the soul of adam was split into two, and eve was born out of him.’

In life, each person can take one of two attitudes: to build or to plant, but one day they finish what they are doing. Then they find they are hemmed in by their own walls. Life loses its meaning when the building stops. Then there are those who plant. They endure storms and all the many vicissitudes of the season, and they rarely rest. But , unlike a building, a garden never stops growing. And while it requires the gardener’s constant attention, it also allows life for the gardener to be a great adventure. Gardeners always recognize each other, because they know that in the history of each plant lies the growth of the whole world.......

A Man called Anoop is in need of money and asks his boss to help him out. His boss sets him a challenge, if he can spend all the night on top of a mountain, he will receive a great reward, if he fails, he will have to work for free. When he left the shop, Anoop noticed that an icy wind was blowing. He felt afraid and decided to ask his best friend, Daris, if he thought he was mad to accept the bet. After considering the matter for a moment, Daris answered, “Don’t worry, I will help you, tomorrow night, when you are sitting on the top of the mountain, look straight ahead. I will be on top of the mountain opposite, where I will keep a fire burning all night for you.
