THE 4 DON'Ts TO MAINTAIN AN IDEAL RELATIONSHIP
As we are into the holy week, I attended a retreat on Tuesday at my church. The retreat was conducted by a Priest whom I was very fond off. The retreat revolved around the topic “ AN IDEAL FAMILY AND RELATIONSHIPS IN MODERN WORLD”. The way he spoke about the realities of life in a sarcastic and comic manner had everybody in splits that evening. I laughed a lot and learned a lot that day. I needed an experience like this to feel good, for many evenings had gone by without smiles and happiness. For a change to laugh forgetting my problems was a blissful experience. He listed 4 don’t’s to maintain an ideal relationship. Those 4 dont’s are :- 1- Do not compare Never compare your partner with others. Believe that your partner is the best and count him/her as your blessing. Grass on the other side looks greener. 2- Do not compel Never compel your partner according to your wishes, your desires.
