THE STONE AND THE FLOWER



A stone is very strong, and just by the side of the rock is a FLOWER- very weak. But a flower has a power which no rock can ever have. The flower is certainly weak: in the morning it comes, by the evening it is gone. It is so transitory, it is so temporal, so momentary. But a flower has a power of a different dimension, of a different quality because it is so alive. In fact, it dies so soon because it lives so intensely. The very intensity of life in a flower exhausts it by evening. The rock goes on living because it lives so lukewarm. The life is not intense: very sluggish, lazy, sleepy. THE ROCK SLEEPS, THE FLOWER LIVES.

    True.The momentary quality of flower sees experiences and observes the stages of shy budding, full bloom and the frail withering....a complete life..while the rock slumbers its life away..

    If we think positively, the rock lives the life of a sage...simple and slow...sitting in meditation....

When Sherin returned to the apartment , she shared with Maddy, she found him waiting for her. He was very drunk. “You bitch”, he yelled. ” Where have you been all night? ” It would not matter what she said. Maddy knew that he was going to listen to her apologies, beat her up, then take her to Bed and forgive her. But instead of apologizing Sherin said,” With another Man, Maddy. I have come up to pick up my things.” And as Maddy watched her in disbelief, Sherin went into the bedroom and began to pack. “For Christ sake, Sherin,” he pleaded. “ Don’t do this! We love each other. We are going to get married.” He talked to her for the next half hour, arguing, threatening, cajoling and by that time Sherin had finished packing.  She left the apartment and Maddy had no idea why he had lost her, for he did not know that he had never possessed her.

How to deal with Smelly people ?

To deal with smelly people is always a problem. i would rather gift them a Deodorant and would politely tell them, " YOU NEED IT BUDDY" and they will surely understand what i meant. Making fun of them in their friend circles would surely make them realize that to smell bad is bad manners. And they surely need to change themselves so that the noses of their dear ones don't go through a bad experience because of them.
