CAPTAIN AMERICA
When i first read about Captain America, i was like shit, what kinda hero is this. A weird costume and a shield, a shield!!!!!!!! a shield, is he a super hero from the times when Kings and queens ruled the world. Ok he is old some one from the world war era but he is not that old, to carry a shield, a special machine gun or something like a Thor's hammer would have looked much better. Even his powers seemed so ordinary and he seemed so out of place. I was like, abey ye bhi koi hero hai.
All this changed when i saw Avengers, seeing Chris evans portray Captain America. I was like, oh he isn't that bad. Infact he is quite cool in his own way. I liked Captain America for the first time and then i watched Avengers- AGE OF ULTRON, i liked him even more. He became more cooler, more stylish. His entry with that stylish bike leaved a lasting impression on me. Though, like everyone else, Iron man is my favorite but here comes a man who could challenge Tony Stark, who would always voice his differences against him. It is their different ideologies that make their chemistry so crackling, its a treat to watch them when they come together on screen. Captain America, the super hero of old school, Iron man the hero of new school. They both are a deadly combination.
Captain America oozes out confidence, he has immense faith in his limited abilities and he has the ability to motivate, to take the charge and lead. That's what makes him so special and different from others. Unlike his contempories more powerful than him, he believes a lot in team work and fighting together against a common enemy. He is not a one man army but someone who can lead a army, that's the reason he is called the CAPTAIN. His teammates respect him and he deserves it.
I saw Civil war, a few days ago and suddenly Captain America became my favourite avenger at par with Iron man. They both are my favorites now. Specially that scene where stops the helicopter with his bare hands and one could see his rippling muscles. His shield now looked like the sexiest weapon to me, better than Thor's hammer. I liked him earlier, but i love him now. The way he stood for his friends, going to the extent of losing his reputation and becoming a fugitive. He teaches you to take a stand even if it comes at the cost of fighting with ones you love. He teaches you to believe in yourself, in your abilities even during hard times. At the end when he says, everytime a friend needs me, i will come back , He emerges out of darkness, Falcon who is locked in the cell gives him a million dollar smile!!!!! epic. I was like woww, if be a friend, be like him.
Ways to go Captain......you got a new fan and that's me
